Operate Oblive

Move from onboarding to visible, durable day-to-day company operations.

The organization operator is the coordination point for company-wide work. It can answer from organizational context, clarify intent, create durable work, delegate to selected departments, and bring decisions back through the Human Inbox.

Start with Bounded Work

For the first operational task, choose work with:

  • a clear owner and outcome;
  • evidence already present in Context;
  • limited external effects;
  • an obvious verification method; and
  • a meaningful stopping point.

Examples include reviewing support themes, preparing an engineering delivery plan, or researching a growth hypothesis. Avoid starting with broad instructions such as “run all marketing” before access, constraints, and approval expectations are established.
