Onboard Your Business

Onboard Your Business

Turn ordinary business documents and owner knowledge into an evidence-backed operating context.

Onboarding teaches Oblive enough about the company to operate without repeatedly asking for basic facts. It is not a one-time prompt. It produces retained organization and department context with sources, evidence, validation, and an activation review.

The Onboarding Flow

Organization

Set the name, slug, and operating timezone.

Departments

Choose Growth, Engineering, Support, or a subset.

Context

Upload files or write evidence for every selected scope.

Validation

Answer evidence-specific gaps and review activation.

What You Need

  • A concise description of the business and its current stage.
  • Products, customers, positioning, constraints, and decision owners.
  • Repeated workflows and escalation rules.
  • Department-specific responsibilities for every selected department.
  • Existing tools and the intended access level for each.
  • Files that are current enough to guide real work.

Important Boundary

Onboarding sources become immutable after processing begins. You can add new context revisions later, but you should review the initial material before starting compilation.
