How Oblive Works

The product-level model for onboarding, operating, human intervention, and continuous improvement.

Oblive operates a company through three connected loops.

Onboard the Company

Owner-authored files and written context establish organization identity, department responsibilities, workflows, constraints, tools, and evidence. Validation focuses on gaps that would prevent safe operation. Activation provisions the selected profiles against a pinned catalog revision.

Hand Over Operations

The organization operator keeps conversation responsive and turns deliberate work into tasks. Department profiles execute bounded work. Durable state makes progress, attempts, blockers, and outcomes inspectable even when a worker exits or the stack restarts.

Improve Continuously

Verified outcomes can inform future execution. Context audits identify stale or missing knowledge. Profile learning is bounded and inspectable rather than silently rewriting core identity or company policy.

You set the direction

Humans re-enter the loop for:

  • missing evidence;
  • ambiguous judgment;
  • important decisions;
  • policy-required approvals;
  • rejected or changed external targets; and
  • reconciliation of uncertain effects.

This is different from requiring a person to approve every model step. The interruption is tied to a concrete blocker and durable task state.

Profiles

  • Operator: coordinates organization-wide work and delegates durable execution.
  • Chat: handles responsive conversations and onboarding.
  • Growth: owns acquisition, activation, retention, and experiments.
  • Engineering: owns product delivery, reliability, and technical work.
  • Support: owns customer issue analysis, responses, escalation, and follow-through.

Profiles receive pinned instructions, composed skills, organization memory, and only the integrations explicitly granted to them.
